The starting point

What your week actually looks like

01

Six tools that never talk to each other

WordPress for the site, Excel for donors, WhatsApp for follow-ups, a notebook for pidyon nefesh names. Nobody can say how much came in this week without spending half a day on it.

02

Israel on one side, France on the other

Israeli donations in one system, French donations with an outside provider who only sends you a bank transfer. The same donor exists twice, and never with the right total.

03

Your donors in someone else's database

On a shared platform your file sits next to other institutions'. The day you want to leave, you get an export and start over.

The product

One module per area of work, switched on when you need it

You are not buying one large bundle. You open the modules your institution actually uses, and add more the day your activity grows.

Fundraising

Donations and donors

One-off gifts, standing orders, pledges and instalment plans, allocation by campaign. A single donor record, duplicate merging and a full history.

Fundraising

Tax receipts

Israeli seif 46 receipts and French CERFA forms issued and sent by the system, in the donor's language and currency, with no re-keying.

Fundraising

Campaigns

Targets, packages and quotas, a dedicated campaign page, a live counter, and pledges tracked through to actual collection.

Fundraising

Forms and donation pages

Form builder, a donation page per campaign, card, Bit, transfer and cheque, gifts in someone's name and anonymous gifts.

Community

WhatsApp

Conversations inside the donor record, message templates, segmented broadcasts, and an assistant that drafts the reply.

Community

Calling and telefundraising

Call campaigns, scripts, a queue per operator, call outcomes that create the pledge directly, and a live dashboard.

Community

Website and content

A multilingual public site, news, gallery and dedication pages — text and images your office updates without a developer.

Welfare

Welfare and assistance

Application, review, committee, payment. Family file, supporting documents, aid history and budget per period.

Welfare

Gemach loans

Interest-free loans, repayment schedules, guarantors and reminders. Vehicle gemach with bookings, condition reports and fleet tracking.

Torah

Kollelim and avrekhim

Avrekhim register, attendance, stipends and payment cycles, certificates, and breakdown by kollel and seder.

Torah

Torah and publishing

Indexed shiur library, automatic transcription, articles, a PDF magazine, Leiloui Nishmat and a yahrzeit calendar.

Events

Galas and raffles

Guests, tables and seating, prizes and auctions, ticketing, raffles with a precise draw time, and fundraising evenings.

Shekel and euro donations in the same list, with payment method and receipt.

In development

  • Yeshiva and boarding management
  • Kindergartens and talmudei Torah
  • Tuition and families
  • Shop and publications
  • Beit Din and case files
  • Accounting and expenses

What sets us apart

Three differences a competitor cannot close in six months

Your database, not ours

Every institution gets its own instance: its own database, container and domain. Your donors are never mixed into another charity's file. If you leave, you take everything with you in an open format.

One donor record, two countries

Seif 46 receipts for Israel and CERFA forms for France, from the same system. Shekel, euro, dollar. French gifts stop disappearing into an outside provider and never returning to your figures.

A community management system, not just a fundraising tool

Most systems on the market manage the gift. Ours manages the institution: the families receiving aid, the gemach loans, the avrekhim and their stipends, the classes and the magazine, the events — with fundraising in the middle of it, fed by all the rest.

The market

Three families of tools, and what none of them does

The Israeli market is not empty, and we will not pretend otherwise. It splits three ways, and the split leaves a gap in the middle.

Payment providers

What they do

Collecting: card, standing order, synagogue terminal, receipt to the donor.

What they leave out

They do not run the institution — no aid file, no loan, no avrekh, no content. We plug into them rather than replace them.

General nonprofit CRMs

What they do

Donors, volunteers, membership fees, events, invoicing and accounting.

What they leave out

Written for the standard Israeli nonprofit: Hebrew only, and nothing that knows a kollel, a gemach, a pidyon nefesh or a French donor waiting for a CERFA form.

Fundraising platforms for institutions

What they do

Campaigns, telefundraising, fundraising evenings, usually layered on the payment provider you already have.

What they leave out

Your file lives in a database shared with other institutions, the interface is Hebrew only, and the rest of your work — welfare, study, publishing — stays outside.

The gap in the middle is us: running the whole institution, on your own instance, in three languages and two countries.

The comparison, function by function

Who it is for

Built with institutions, not for a market in general

Yeshivot and kollelim

Avrekhim, stipends, attendance, study dedications, publishing shiurim and the magazine.

Tzedaka and gemach funds

Aid applications, committees, payments and loans — with the discretion these files demand.

Communities and synagogues

Members, pledges and debts, High Holiday seats, yahrzeits, hillulot and seasonal campaigns.

Networks of institutions

Several branches, several funds, several countries — one consolidated view for the leadership.

Artificial intelligence

AI where it saves time, not where it looks impressive

Not a team of virtual employees with first names. Three precise uses, built into where your office already works, and never sent automatically without your review.

The WhatsApp bot

A dialogue tree you edit yourself: it qualifies the request, creates the task or record, and hands over to a person when needed. AI is there to understand a free-text answer, not to write in your place.

From shiur to article

A recorded class becomes a transcript, then an edited article, then a page in your magazine.

Writing what repeats

Thank-you letters, reminders, campaign copy and e-mail templates — in each recipient's language.

Getting started

From demonstration to your first campaign

  1. 1

    Demonstration

45 minutes on your own cases: your forms, your receipts, the way you actually raise money. Not a generic tour.

  2. 2

    Your instance

Isolated database, your domain, your colours, your modules. Nothing shared with another institution.

  3. 3

    Data migration

Donors, donation history and active standing orders — from Excel, WordPress or your current system. Priced separately, based on volume and the state of your files.

  4. 4

    Training and follow-up

Training for your office in Hebrew, French or English, then one contact who knows your file and answers you.

Pricing

One core, then the modules you choose

We do not decide for you what your institution needs. You take the core — without it there is no fundraising — then open the modules you actually use, and add more the day your work changes.

Questions

What directors ask us

Does the data really belong to us?+

Yes. Your instance has its own database. You can request a full copy at any time, in an open and usable format, and we never use it for anything else.

Can you migrate our current file?+

Yes. Excel, WordPress, WooCommerce or another management tool: we migrate donors, donation history and active standing orders during setup.

Where is the data hosted?+

On our European servers, encrypted and backed up daily. Hosting in Israel is available for institutions that require it.

Are we compliant with GDPR and Israeli law?+

The system is built for both: consent, right to erasure, access logs, encryption of sensitive data, and a data processing agreement.

Do we have to change payment provider?+

No. We connect to the one you already use where an adapter exists, and build one where it does not.

How long until we are up and running?+

The instance is live within 48 hours. Data migration and training usually take one to three weeks depending on volume.

Who trains our office staff?+

We do, in Hebrew, French or English, on your own data. Afterwards one contact who knows your file stays available.

What if we want to stop?+

You take all of your data and leave. No long lock-in, and we never hold your file hostage.
